Antje Dorn’s works are rooted in objects of everyday consumption: products such as chocolate bars, but also public communication in the form of signs, etc. In the slipcase for the book 0.0 Total, the influences of excessive product advertising manifest themselves, which Antje Dorn, contrary to this advertising, captures in handpainted form.

Antje Dorn (*in Aachen, lives in Berlin) studied at the Folkwang Universität der Künste and the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (master student of A. R. Penk). She has received numerous scholarships and the Art Prize of the German Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks (1999). Solo exhibitions of her works have taken place at Galerie m in Bochum (2018), Museum Folkwang in Essen (2011) and Boekie Woeki in Amsterdam (1998), among others.
