During exhibition breaks the institution remains closed.
Guided tours
Public guided tours of the exhibitions are offered regularly, free of charge and without prior registration. Please see our events calendar for the current dates.
By prior arrangement, we also offer private guided tours for groups during our regular opening hours. Please note that a fixed fee of 100 € will be charged for private guided tours and that we charge a cancellation fee of 50 % if the tour is not attended or is cancelled less than five days in advance.
On request, we also offer architectural tours of our building die Brücke for groups. These are given by the art historian and artist Dagmar Lutz and take 60–90 minutes.
