JAHRESGABEN AND EDITIONS
The Jahresgaben and editions are available exclusively to members of Kölnischer Kunstverein. Orders by non-members can only be taken into account if a membership application is simultaneously submitted.
Latest Jahresgaben
For the 2023 Jahresgaben, orders can be made in writing from December 1, 2023 until December 17, 2023 inclusive. Should there be more orders than copies available, the decision will be made by lot. The lottery will be held on December 18, 2023. After the draw of the buyer(s), all interested parties will be informed in writing via email of the result of the lottery. All remaining Jahresgaben are still for sale after the lottery and can be purchased at any time.
Payment
After a successful order, the buyer(s) will receive an invoice for the Jahresgabe/edition, which must be paid within 14 days (prepayment). The listed prices are including VAT at the statutory rate. For orders from other European countries the value added tax identification number and an export certificate are required for tax-free delivery. Otherwise we will charge the statutory VAT.
Pick-up and Delivery
With the order of the Jahresgabe/edition a debt to be collected by the acquiring member is connected. After receiving the payment (prepayment) and prior appointment, the purchased Jahresgabe/edition is ready for pick-up in light packaging at Kölnischer Kunstverein and is to be picked up no later than 4 weeks after payment of the invoice. When collecting the Jahresgabe/ edition, the buyer must confirm their proper receipt on a prepared delivery note. The Kunstverein cannot offer storage of ordered Jahresgaben/editions. On request and for own account the Jahresgabe/Edition can also be delivered by courier within Europe. Kölnischer Kunstverein assumes no liability for the transport of the Jahresgabe/edition. All risks are transferred to the purchaser of the Jahresgabe/edition upon delivery to the courier.
PUBLICATIONS
All publications from our current stock can be purchased without membership. For members, the publications are available for a special price, if stated. Publications will be shipped only due to the current situation. Pick-up is not possible.
All orders must be submitted in writing. After a successful order the buyer(s) will receive an email with payment instructions. The amount due must be paid within 7 days (prepayment). A packaging and shipping fee will be added to the sales price. This fee is based on the number of publications ordered, the weight and the destination address. For orders of one catalog within Germany we charge a fixed shipping cost of 5,-€. For orders to foreign delivery addresses or larger quantities we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs. All listed prices include the statutory UID-Nr./ VAT. For orders from other European countries the VAT identification number and an export certificate are required for tax-free delivery. Otherwise we charge the statutory VAT. After receiving the payment, the publications will be shipped within 7 working days to the mentioned address. Kölnischer Kunstverein assumes no liability for the transport of the purchased publication(s).
